Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch throughout the body of the client as the client is lying on a massage table. This gentle touch work has a special focus on the cranium, the sacrum and the cerebral spinal fluid that flows between these two structures throughout the spine and brain cavity. The interconnection between these two structures accesses a mid-line in every human being where the body tissue, an energy system and the spirit interface as one whole expression. It is through the fulcrum of this interface that Craniosacral therapy accesses its greatest power to help bring one back to health.

 Regenerate

Unresolved History in The Body

Our bodies carry within us the personal and familial history of our lineage. Addressing the unmetabolized history that is still locked in our bodies is a key factor in helping to bring ourselves back into healthy regulation.

Craniosacral therapy is a powerful modality that can assist in this process. resolving the root cause of much of our dysregulation in turn can help us to resolve any chronic health issues that may be a result of ongoing stress.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy supports the entire system to settle into a deep stillness where a natural alignment can take place to the subtle rhythmic tides that happen deep within the body's rhythm. As this deep settling takes hold in a session, what is known as the holistic shift begins. From here the client's own body system takes the lead and the practitioner's job is to palpate and listen for what the subtle cues the client's system is telling. With this support the client's entire system will continue to deeply relax and unwind the held traumas, defensive tension patterns and other undigested experiences still locked in the body.

The Cost of Chronic Stress

Prolonged dysregulation in our bodies if left unaddressed for too long often contributes to symptoms such as :

  • Chronic  muscular tension
  • Back Pain
  • Insomnia
  • Irritable Bowel syndrome
  • Headaches
  • Joint Pain
  • Fatigue
  • Lethargy
  • Hyper Tension
  • Arthritis
  • Easily Irritable / Reactive
  • Hyperactive
  • Dissociation
  • Asymmetrical Body Aches
  • TMJ
  • Workaholic
  • Autoimmune Disease
  • Asthma
  • Upset Stomach

Stress Related Health Issues
Root Cause Unresolved

It is well understood in medical science that most medical doctor visits are due to complaints that have their etiology in body-mind stress, not biomedical disease alone. Medical doctors typically at best treat these stress related symptoms for the alleviation of pain and discomfort and often do not get directly to the source, leaving the root cause unresolved.

" As many as 70% of primary care visits are driven by patient's psychological problems, such as anxiety, depression, and stress. More than 80% of patient with medically unexplained symptoms receive psychosocial  treatment in primary care by a physician."
